1.) the man was pushed in to the subways trackes and couldn't get out and time and got ran over. The photographer was at the right place at the right time and picked his camera up and took a picture with flash.
2.) so he could warn the train driver that the man was right in the way of the train to at least notify what is happening .
3.)It all depends if he would have had time to save him at least a try would have been better than a picture you never know maybe he could have saved him i don't think he should have.
4.)no i think he could have helped him he still had time to take a picture he should have time to save him.
5.) I dont think so they should ask the family first because it was his death and i don't think its right to do that to someone with out permission.
6.)it is more Important to take a picture of ice and whats happening because that is his job and that is what he does to support him self.
7.)Yes because he is there to see what is happening and it helps him on his photograph to give facts what is happening.
8.)It depends on the person and what is happening in the situation i do think they should avoid though.
9.)They have to decide what is the best decision for their safety and the persons safety because what if they both can die.
